Ping did such a lovely job! She listened carefully and perfectly achieved my preferred color and cut while being so gentle with my hair. I also appreciated how she managed both me and my sister at the same time without any rush—plus, the little head massage was such a sweet touch! My sister, a regular, even dozed off after her night shift, and Ping handled her treatment so carefully without disturbing her.
She’s wonderful at balayage, highlights, and color correction, and she’s not afraid to go lighter if that’s what the customer truly wants. I know not every review is glowing, but I believe you can’t please everyone. Personally, I think she’s worth the visit, worth the pay, and absolutely worth the try!

She's incredibly talented and has a natural eye for design, always offering thoughtful suggestions that suit my style perfectly. I've been to several high-end salons in Hamilton County over the years, but Ping truly stands out—her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!
